Danielle Feroleto, CPSM, founded Small Giants in 2006. The firm’s foundation of exclusively serving the CRE and AEC industries was borne out of Danielle’s background in commercial construction in several capacities, including editor for two construction publications, and marketing and business development for a large general contractor for nearly a decade. The result has been passion, application and understanding the industry to serve more than 300 clients in achieving their goals and visions to compete at the highest level. In 2015, Danielle was named one of the “Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate.”
Positioned in the heart of strategy, Danielle contributes her time to clients with the facilitation of strategic plans, executing client and trade partner perception studies, and leading project pursuits through competitive coaching, strategy and executing innovative persuasive approaches.
With her never-ending passion for strategy, execution and mentoring, Danielle pioneered the first marketing and business development course at the Del E. Webb School of Construction at ASU in 2014, where she has served as an associate faculty member, educating hundreds of future construction professionals. In addition, her book “The Truth Helps: An Honest, Straightforward Guide to Project Interview Success,” has served as a guiding light for teams to win projects.
Danielle has received several formal acknowledgments for her leadership, influence, work in the community and thought-leadership. While her enthusiasm for CRE remains constant, her interests are ever-changing and have led her to learn more about competitive running, swimming, and even archery.
Danielle earned a Masters in Mass Communication from ASU, and she currently resides in Phoenix with her husband and daughter.
As creative director, Brennan leads the company’s visual media and design departments. He focuses on branding consistency and quality control for design, video, drone, and photography projects. Accustomed to working in fast-paced environments to create high-quality, widely-distributed productions, Brennan collaborates to identify client goals and then produces tailored visual projects that meet client needs while maintaining their brand.
Brennan’s experience began in the entertainment industry where he worked in video, film, and TV for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Small Giants, Brennan managed a team of producers, editors, motion graphics artists, and video professionals. In that position, he developed and managed video content distributed globally. He also helped build brands and marketing strategies for large companies.
Brennan has a degree in recording arts from Full Sail University in Florida. Outside of Small Giants, he enjoys spending time with his family, writing music, photography, and weightlifting.
Tracy Sorano, Director of Marketing, will manage Small Giants’ growing marketing and public relations team. We are incredibly fortunate to add Tracy to our team with her expertise specifically in the industry we serve.
Her wealth of industry experience in markets across the country will continue to elevate the service that Small Giants provides each client. Her unique experiences as both a marketing executive and a business development professional will be valuable as she guides Small Giants and its national portfolio of clients to grow their brands to new levels.
As Director of Proposals, Margaret supports the creative team with graphic design needs for digital and traditional marketing collateral. Margaret creates stunning branded infographics, advertisements, brand standards guides, and graphics for social media and presentations. Additionally, Margaret works with the marketing team to produce compelling proposals for clients.
Margaret brings three years of design and proposal experience in the A/E/C industry. Having previously worked in a marketing role at an architecture firm, Bettisworth North Architects and Planners Inc., Margaret supports Small Giants’ clients by creating, editing and designing content for proposals, awards submittals and marketing collateral. For these projects, she also creates work plans, assists in strategy and crafts messaging.
Margaret is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA). She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago, studying fine arts, design and art history.
Outside of the office, Margaret spends her time chasing her two children, baking delicious treats and camping with the family.
As director of operations, Leslie develops and manages processes to ensure project operations run efficiently and are completed on time. She collaborates with each department to refine procedures and constantly looks for process improvements for internal and external efficiency.
Leslie has a combined 19 years of experience in marketing and project management, with over nine years in the construction industry.
Leslie has a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Eastern Washington University. She enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband and daughter.
As our Chief Financial Officer, Sue controls and forecasts Small Giants, and she is responsible for building the company’s financial infrastructure.
Sue has been with Small Giants since its founding in 2006 and has over 25 years of accounting experience. She is also an Arizona State University alum.
Sue enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and friends. Outside of work, Sue spends her time traveling, reading, and taking long walks with her dachshund Chloe.
Jason’s early career started in the Research and Marking Department for Colliers International commercial brokerage firm. He has worked on marketing assignments for industrial, office, land, retail and multifamily properties. After a few years, Jason secured his Real Estate license and joined an industrial team at Colliers. He acted as a licensed agent for sales and leasing of properties along the Loop 101 from the Deer Valley Airpark to the Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale. In 2008 Jason shifted his career to the commercial construction industry where he worked for over 17 years helping to secure public and private contracts as well as directing marketing and business development efforts for two highly tenured Arizona General Contracts. During this period Jason worked on a variety of projects types including, ground up, building additions, pre-engineered metal buildings, structural repair, semi-conductor, religious institutions, and developer projects of various sizes.
Jason has designed and assembled more than 250 RFPs for Alternative Project Delivery Methods such as Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk), Job Order Contracting (JOC) and Design-Build in addition to dozens of vendor bid packages. Contracts procured included Municipal, Educational, Healthcare, Cooperative and Aviation clientele.
Jason has a highly technical and creative background with web, print and social media. He likes to use his technical skill set as a tool to assist customers with decision making processes for marketing and strategic planning.
As the Executive Administrator at Small Giants, Jenn is responsible for the order, organization, and scheduling on special projects.
Jenn is no stranger to the construction industry as she served as the education director for Arizona Builder Alliance. She is also involved in the community through eight years of fundraising for Great Hearts Academies and event planning for the Society of Clinical Neurologists. Jenn is also a Northern Arizona University graduate!
Outside of the office, you can find the Jenn and her family spending time together on the lake in Minnesota. Her other hobbies include cooking and yoga!
As a proposal coordinator, Abby is responsible for the design and development of proposals and interview materials. She supports the pursuits department in capturing work for our clients.
Prior to joining Small Giants, Abby was a communications manager for a church in Phoenix, managing the website, print materials, signage, event graphics, social media, and assisting in event planning.
Abby received a B.A. in Digital Design for Advertising and a B.S. in Marketing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. Outside of the office, she spends her time crafting, hanging out with friends, writing music, and visiting new cities.
As a Project Operations Assistant, Amanda assists with the systems that contribute to higher efficiency, productivity, and employee and client satisfaction. She maintains and updates company-wide systems for projects, invoices, file storage, and proposals.
Amanda has 5 years experience working as an Operations Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry where she traveled across the country to help with restaurant Grand Openings.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and dogs, experiencing various cuisines, and traveling.
In her role as Social Media Coordinator, Anel oversees and manages Small Giant’s social media accounts and coordinates the platforms of their clients. She assists the marketing team by providing digital media support and generating client reports.
Anel obtained a B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Arizona and a M.S. in Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Small Giants, she worked in higher education and at a non-profit. She focused on email marketing and social media strategy.
When not at work, Anel enjoys going on walks with her dog, trying new workouts, and attending sporting events.
As design lead, Aubrie leads and assists the design team with adjusting, editing, and implementing content into marketing collateral, branding projects, proposals, and graphics for print publications and digital use. Additionally, Aubrie collaborates across multiple departments to track deadlines and submit client ad campaigns to local publications.
Before joining Small Giants, Aubrie was a marketing coordinator for an architecture firm in Tempe, Arizona, where she was responsible for developing content and design elements for proposals, brand implementation, merchandise sourcing, website updates, and social media management. While attending the Art Institute of Tucson, Aubrie received a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
When Aubrie isn’t in the office, she is playing the guitar, training her dog, or finding the best food in the Valley.
As a proposal coordinator, Caroline is responsible for the design and development of proposals and interview materials. She supports the pursuits department in capturing work for our clients.
Catrina is an experienced graphic designer that specializes in branding, infographics and iconography, illustration and typography. At Small Giants, she works thoroughly to understand a client’s vision, develop creative concepts, and convert information into comprehensible and eye-catching material. Catrina’s overall goal is to influence perspectives and ideologies through design.
Previous to Small Giants, Catrina spent several years at a brokerage firm where she created building collateral, including property brochures, branding for properties and brand standards for brokerage houses.
Catrina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix. Outside of the industry, Cat enjoys sewing, designing costumes and making props. She and her husband have never missed a Phoenix Comicon.
As Social Media Coordinator, Emma is responsible for Small Giant’s social media accounts as well as the coordination of their clients’ platforms. She supports the marketing team with digital media assistance and creating reports for clients.
Before joining Small Giants, Emma worked for a bank in her hometown of Omaha, NE. She was responsible for all social media strategies and the coordination of client visits for the lending team and CEO. Emma’s first exposure to the real estate world was her social media internship with a women-led group of agents through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Emma graduated from Creighton University’s Heider College with a marketing and entrepreneurship degree. When she is not at work, she enjoys staying active by going on walks, cooking for friends, and traveling to new countries to cross off her bucket list.
As Graphic Designer, Garrison provides graphic design support for clients and in-house needs, as well as creative design production on traditional and digital media. Working closely with our Marketing and Visual Media teams, Garrison is tasked with branding and creative development.
Before joining the Small Giants team, officially, Garrison was an intern with us here at Small Giants where he was able to develop his skills and build client experience. Prior to this, Garrison graduated from GCU with a BA in Graphic Design & Advertising. Coming fresh out of school left Garrison with a mindset to focus on growth and learning more about the industry.

Meet Husef, a distinguished web UI/UX designer, at Small Giants, where he manages every facet of the web development journey. where he oversees the entire web development process. From initial planning and analysis to design, development, and delivery, Husef is the creative force behind crafting exceptional digital experiences. With an impressive career spanning 11 years, he infuses each project with a unique artistic flair, tailoring website designs to individual clients for an extraordinary user journey.
Husef’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in computer animation from the Art Institute of Phoenix, complemented by a certificate in teacher education for the arts from Ottawa University of Phoenix. Born in Puerto Rico, he cultivated his artistic talents through self-guided exploration. Husef’s passion lies in freehand drawing and bringing those intricate illustrations to life with vibrant digital paintings, masterfully created using tools like Photoshop. Each artwork enriches his grasp of artistic fundamentals, enhancing his skills as a true virtuoso.
Skilled not only in intricate digital painting but also in graphic design and web development, Husef truly personifies versatility. However, beyond his professional pursuits, he holds a deep appreciation for cherished moments with his beloved family and delights in outdoor BBQ gatherings.
Jaime Clark is a seasoned Marketing & Business Development Manager at Small Giants Denver. Navigating the transition from MarTech to A/E/C over a decade ago, she brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial insight and industry knowledge.
Jaime is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and a Hawaii Chapter Past President (2021-22). She, Jaime currently serves on the SMPS Colorado Board of Directors as One2One Mentorship Chair and a Director-at-Large for the 2025 Executive Board. A personal honor was receiving Marketer of the Year at the 2022 Marketing Excellence Awards gala. She also serves on the CREW Denver Communications Committee and is a contributing writer with Colorado Construction & Design Magazine.
A University of Colorado alumnus, Jaime holds a Master of Arts in Information and Learning Technologies and a Bachelor of Science in Business, emphasis in Marketing and Organizational Management.
Outside of work, Jaime enjoys hiking, skiing, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Mindfulness is central to Jaime’s life and leadership style.
As a Visual Media Specialist, James is a creative expert in all things technical. James brings to Small Giants his specialty in 3D and 2D animation. From cinematography to 3D compositing, James has a qualified background to assist clients in the execution of telling their story.
Before working at Small Giants, James was a Video Editor and spent 5 years continuously building his portfolio. James was determined to develop his skills ranging from traveling abroad and working at large events. In those 5 years James dedicated his time producing live streamed videos, recording and scheduling weekly podcasts that receive 600,000 downloads yearly, as well as creating motion graphics and 3D animations to be displayed.
James earned an Associate Degree in Video Production while also having a background in film production, podcasting, event live streaming and 2D & 3D animation. Outside of work, James is an avid traveler, photography enthusiast, dog and cat lover, a constant artist and creator, and an overall lifelong learner. In the future James endeavors include; developing his own video game, creating an animated series and learning to program.
As the Design Manager, Janette helps manage the design team’s creative projects and ensures the designers are equipped with what they need to complete their assigned tasks. She keeps track of the design team’s work and checks that everything is running smoothly and on time. Her previous work in project management and production design work at Shutterfly Inc. has prepared her to handle the design team’s workload while taking on design projects on her own. When she’s not checking in on projects, you can find her chasing her children, reading, or streaming the latest baking show!
As a videographer/editor, Jason’s strengths are capturing the story, shooting, and editing video. He takes pride in focusing on the details and making sure clients feel at ease on camera. He brings a high level of organization and continues to be a student of his craft.
Before Small Giants, Jason served 21 years in the Air Force. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in digital cinematography from Full Sail University. Jason worked for Frostline Productions in Alaska shooting and editing commercial work, feature films, and international client projects.
Jason is an avid runner; his hobbies include hiking, enjoying the outdoors and creating content with his wife on their YouTube Channel.
As digital marketing specialist, Jeremiah leads and assists the marketing team with a variety of tasks, including, social media account management, data and analytics oversight, and digital platform report creation. In addition, he assists the visual media team with photography at live events.
Jeremiah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and a Certificate in Design Technologies from the University of Colorado Boulder. While in school he was a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and took part in various marketing activities, including the promotion of X-Games Aspen.
Outside of work Jeremiah enjoys staying active and being outside; some of his favorite activities are hiking, reading books, photography, and snowboarding.
As a brand strategist, Kirsten supports the Small Giants creative team with engaging design content for marketing and project support in traditional print and digital media. She views the design process as visual storytelling and enjoys collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life.
Kirsten brings over five years of direct experience with the A/E/C industries to Small Giants after working in-house for a regional engineering and planning consulting company. She has extensive experience in project branding and identity, proposal design and development, marketing collateral, presentations, infographic development, and environmental graphics. Kirsten also has worked with many freelance clients in a range of industries to produce advertising and event graphics.
She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Delaware in Visual Arts and Art History, and continued her education at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia with the teacher certification program. She is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA). She lives in Phoenix with her husband and her three children (when they come home for the holidays). In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, painting, and listening to live music.
As a business development coordinator, Kristina cultivates client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and supports all strategic business development initiatives. In addition, Kristina is involved with the CRE podcast, Building Buzz in partnership with the Phoenix Business Journal and the Mile High CRE publication.
Kristina graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing and Advertising. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys keeping an active lifestyle, cooking and traveling!
As the Accounting & Operations Specialist, Kylie supports our business operations through her assistance with accounting and ad hoc financial tasks, as well as with various HR responsibilities.
After graduating with a B.A. in Business Communications from Arizona State University, Kylie was employed by an IT staffing firm in Tempe, TEKsystems, in their accounting department. She focused on accounts receivable and client account resolutions.
Outside of work, Kylie loves to spend time with friends and family; she also loves to travel and explore different parts of the world. Her hobbies include running, golfing, and wine tasting.
As Graphic Designer, Lauren primarily provides graphic design support for clients and in-house needs, as well as creative design production on traditional and digital media. She also assists in proposal development, design support, and execution & management of the Small Giants brand.
Before joining the Small Giants team, Lauren was the graphic designer for a visual communications company in Scottsdale, creating visuals for signage and displays of all varieties, including large and small-scale projects for individual clients and corporations alike. She was also the media & marketing manager, producing all graphic design work and photography, for the Intramural Sports program at Grand Canyon University for two years while earning her degree.
Lauren graduated from GCU with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Graphic Design and a minor in Sports Management. In her free time, she loves watching baseball, exercising, baking, and trying new coffee shops.
As Copywriter, Madison works collaboratively with various teams, assisting the pursuits department in creating proposals and developing written content for design and marketing projects, such as blogs and social media.
Prior to joining Small Giants, Madison worked as a Brand Marketing Intern at Cox Enterprises and as a Communications Intern for the City of Madison’s tourism department. It was in these roles that Madison honed her skills in content strategy and discovered her love of writing.
Madison received a B.B.A. in Digital Marketing and M.A. in Emerging Media from the University of Georgia. When not working, Madison enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, exploring Arizona, and going to concerts.

Prior to joining Small Giants, Makenzee was a marketing specialist for a behavioral health nonprofit. She managed social media, photography, videography, advertisements, websites, and assisted in event planning.
Makenzee received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University—GO POKES! When she is not at the office, she spends her days going on small day trips to new places in Arizona, hikes with her dog, painting, creating DIYs, or playing Mario Kart with friends.
As a Pursuits Coordinator for Small Giants, Marissa is responsible for proposal development and management as well as assisting with interview materials.
With five years’ experience in the AEC industry in Arizona, Marissa supports Small Giants’ clients by creating, editing and coordinating content for proposals while ensuring compliance. She has experience developing and formatting other project marketing needs including awards submittals and marketing collateral.
Marissa graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in International Studies. When not in the office, Marissa enjoys traveling to new places with her husband, son, and dog and is never one to turn down a baked good.

Mirna is a proposal and graphics specialist for Small Giants. In this role, Mirna is responsible for proposal management and development, as well as creating proposal graphics and layout.
With nearly two decades of experience working in the AEC industry, she understands the requirements needed to ensure compliance, and in coordinating teams in all stages of the proposal.
Mirna has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Arizona in Graphic Design. She has experience designing and formatting other project marketing needs including collateral material such as ads, brochures, exhibit visuals and PowerPoint presentations.
When she is not working, Mirna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to new places and dancing.
Noah brings a mix of hands-on industry experience and marketing knowledge to Small Giants in his position of Digital Marketing Assistant. In his role, some of Noah’s tasks include managing paid digital ads, creating digital platform reports, overseeing data and analytics, and assisting with social media.
Before joining the Small Giants team, Noah served as a Project Manager at a roofing company in his native Colorado where he coordinated and oversaw a variety of trades, managed the company’s Google Business Profile account, and presented to clients. While attending Metro State University in Denver, Noah obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing.
Outside of work Noah enjoys going on walks, playing soccer, reading books, and traveling any time he can.
As a Visual Media Specialist, Patrick is part of the Small Giants team that creates innovative visual elements for our clients. Patrick provides 3D design, VFX, video production and architectural visualization services for our clients.
Patrick has more than 17 years of experience working in the AEC/CRE industry. He also has experience in event production, designing elements for events such as the Super Bowl and the Kentucky Derby. Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix.
When not on the job, Patrick enjoys traveling, video games, baking artisanal breads and playing basketball with his son.
As a User Interface and Experience Web Designer, Patrick takes Small Giants’ client’s goals and aspirations in mind to create beautiful websites that drive high value and wow factor. Through working in a high volume & fast-paced environment, Patrick has had experience will all types of industries bringing this knowledge and experience to every project to ensure the highest quality for all present and future clients.
Patrick brings four years of professional web design experience having previously worked with a major hosting company, Newfold Digital (formerly known as Endurance International) which owns multiple hosting brands such as Bluehost and HostGator. Patrick assists Small Giants’ new and current clients by bringing their vision and business to life with a beautiful new website design optimized for all devices. Exceeding client expectations in every way possible.
Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys computer programming, gaming, concerts & music festivals, and traveling the world (he has already checked off all 50 states and currently working on hitting all major continents).
As a graphic designer, Peichi specializes in branding, page layout, typography, and illustration. She supports the creative team, the pursuits team, and the marketing team in brand style guides, PowerPoint presentation, social media graphics, proposal template design, infographics, web design, flyers, and more. Peichi pursued an engineering degree before switching her career path to design, which makes her good at looking at things from a different perspective, and focusing on problem solving for the clients with her creativity.
Before joining Small Giants, Peichi worked as a graphic designer in a venture capital firm in Mesa Arizona, creating all the print and digital marketing graphics for the company and its five other affiliates, which are in the education, financial services, commercial real estate, entertainment, education foundation industries.
In her free time, Peichi enjoys drawing, visiting art galleries, and creating miniature crafting.
As a web and digital marketing assistant, Rebekah is responsible for website design and development, SEO set up, coordination of client content for websites, and digital marketing assistance.
Rebekah graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Computer Information Systems and Marketing. She was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Department of Information Systems at school and completed her honors thesis on the Psychological Impact of Social Media on Today’s Youth.
In her free time, Rebekah loves to spend time crocheting, reading, or in her garden.
As an in-house Swiss Army knife, Robby’s role in the Visual Media department is to help the team in any way that is needed. From conception to producing, production and postproduction for photo and video, Robby thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environment. Through collaboration with the client and the Visual Media team, Robby creates unique and customized projects that promote and advance the client’s brand and has the desired impact on the target audience.
Robby has been working in the creative field for 15 years, with four in Construction Marketing. His experience in the field has taken him all over the world and has helped him gain a great deal of experience in a myriad of fields for National and local brands.
Outside of Small Giants, Robby enjoys woodworking, movies, landscape and nature photography and spending time with family.
As an Account Strategist, Samantha works with clients by providing account, event, and development support. She also manages CRM administration and strategic planning facilitation.
Samantha graduated magna cum laude from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Political Science. During her college years, she demonstrated exceptional leadership, serving as Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi International Fraternity. In this role, she was a member of the executive board and addressed over 3,000 women. Samantha also served as President of the National Charity League Scottsdale Chapter and had the distinguished honor of delivering the final address at the Red Dress Gala, a signature event organized by Alpha Phi to support women’s heart health. Samantha remains an active industry professional as a member of NAIOP’s Arizona Chapter Developing Leaders and was selected as one of the 32 leaders in the 2025 Valley Partnership Advocates Program.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys staying active by wake surfing, snow and water skiing, cooking, and volunteering with various philanthropic organizations.
Sarah is instrumental in content creation, strategy, and execution to reach clients’ overall marketing and business development goals. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the tasks of the digital content team, public relations efforts, media buys, as well as editorial calendar organization. She believes in Small Giants’ core value of “DELIVERY” passionately as it drives her to strive for excellent execution through an efficient process, high-quality standards, and a value-add mindset.
Sarah has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2014, starting as the Editor-in-Chief of Commercial Executive Magazine and holding positions in the real estate development and brokerage realms for international and national firms. Sarah earned her BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from The Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University and her MBA from Grand Canyon University. She also holds an active real estate license for the state of Arizona.
Sarah’s industry-related fun fact is that she was the buyer representative for the house she and her husband currently reside in. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys yoga, baking, reading, and hiking with her dog.
As a photographer for Small Giants Spenser is responsible for capturing high-quality images of construction sites, commercial properties, portraits, and events to showcase our clients’ work and promote their services. He works closely with our marketing and design teams to develop concepts and execute photo and video shoots with the end goal of delivering visually compelling content that meets our client’s needs and exceeds their expectations
Born in New York City and growing up in Los Angeles, Spenser eventually ended up in Prescott Arizona. There he discovered his love for photography, which led him to pursue and complete a bachelor of Fine Arts at ASU with a photography specialization. After college, he began shooting real estate and lifestyle and continued to do so until he started his career with Small Giants.
Outside of work, he is a fitness enthusiast and loves being outdoors. His main hobbies are cycling, the gym, disc golf, and hiking
As PR Specialist, Steve expertly positions our clients as market leaders through his ability to tell stories through press releases, award submittals and creative writing.
Before Small Giants, Steve worked as a journalist in Arizona for more than 20 years. He began his career in Yuma at the Yuma Daily Sun, where he worked his way up to Sports Editor. Steve then worked for 15 years for the East Valley Tribune in Mesa in the sports department. At the Tribune, he was a writer, editor and page designer. Most recently, Steve spent more than two years as the Associate Editor for AZRE Magazine, covering the commercial real estate industry in the Phoenix market.
Steve has a B.A. in English from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He was inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010. While not at work, Steve is likely attending one of his children’s sporting events or spending time with his family.
Susan joined our team to manage client hospitality and the Small Giants office space. She serves as a welcoming face for all visitors and valuable contributor to our company culture.
Susan has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Lourdes University. She previously worked in holistic health care and for multiple family-owned businesses.
She and her husband, Matthew, share two children, Ryker and Teagan, and their newest addition, Bodhi. She enjoys good food, going on adventures, and traveling with family and friends.
As Client Services Manager, Tiffany works with clients, bringing her experience with analytics to influence strategy and produce the best results for their marketing needs.
Tiffany graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Audiences. During her time in college, she served as the ASU Public Relations Student Society of America Chapter President, the Western District Ambassador, and the PRSSA National Vice President of Chapter Development where she worked with over 350 chapters and led a team of 24 District Ambassadors to maintain connectivity and growth opportunities in the society.
When she’s not working, Tiffany enjoys staying active, reading, and serving on the board of Kids Need to Read a national non-profit dedicated to literacy.
At 24, Tyler has excelled in visual media, specifically in photography and videography. With four years of experience, he successfully captures client visions from conception to execution. His most notable project to date was developing a digital billboard campaign outside the Phoenix Suns stadium. Tyler’s soft skills complement his technical competencies, fostering collaboration and innovation in every project. His communication and interpersonal abilities build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, driving creativity and exceeding expectations. Tyler will be a trusted partner for ACD with his passion for storytelling and commitment to excellence.
