It’s no secret that 2020 has been a year unlike any before. As a company who cares deeply for the culture we cultivate at Small Giants, we are continually working to find ways to help our clients use this time to build up their culture through virtual events.

In August, Willmeng Construction entrusted Small Giants to produce their first-ever, live company event to commemorate their annual Mid-Year Celebration. Over 125 hours of labor later, we delivered on our promise by launching the comprehensive branding and filming for the event; which included, zoom backgrounds, photography, directing and filming pre-recorded games.

Willmeng employees and families tuned in from their living rooms to gather at a distance for an evening of bonding and laughter. All of this resulted in a 4-hour interactive Mid-Year Celebration that will be remembered for years to come for the entire company.
